MOSCOW, Oct 31 (PRIME) -- The weighted average rate of the Russian ruble with tomorrow settlement decreased 24.63 kopecks against the U.S. dollar to 58.1179, according to data of the Moscow Exchange seen by PRIME on Tuesday.
On Monday, the weighted average rate stood at 57.8716 rubles against the dollar.
